Surfrider depends on membership fees and donations to fund the lawyers, scientists and network of experts that help its chapters of volunteers create change. From fighting against offshore oil drilling to advocating for water testing that keeps our swimming waters bacteria-free to battling against the ever-growing amount of plastic pollution infiltrating the ocean, Surfrider is working every day to keep the ocean and all of our coastlines protected — benefiting marine life and humans too.
